Kingdom Intelligence Institute helps churches, Christian organisations, charities and faith-led businesses understand, govern and apply AI responsibly. Automated Church is our flagship implementation track. Ezra by Kingdom Intelligence is our AI guidance assistant.

3. Information you should not submit
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or case-specific information through Ezra or website forms. This includes safeguarding disclosures, names of children or vulnerable adults, pastoral counselling details, health information, financial records, donor records, HR matters, legal disputes or emergency information.
Ezra is designed for general guidance, not for processing safeguarding cases, confidential pastoral situations or legal matters.

When you submit a message to Ezra, your message is sent to an AI provider so a response can be generated. At this stage, Ezra is intended for general guidance only. Do not submit confidential, safeguarding, pastoral, legal, medical, financial or sensitive personal information.
Ezra responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You should verify important information and involve qualified human leaders or professionals before acting on sensitive matters.
8. Third-party services we use
We may use third-party tools to operate this website and service, including:
- Vercel for website hosting
- Anthropic or other AI providers for Ezra responses
- Tally for forms and waitlist submissions
- Calendly for booking calls
- Email and communication tools
- Analytics or security tools, if added

9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the reason it was collected. As a guide:
- Waitlist and update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
